FREE JUMBLE SALE - ALL WELCOME
Following the popular event at Newbiggin Village Hall a month ago, there will be another bring-and-take 'free jumble sale' on Sunday morning, 2nd December, 10am - 12, in the same excellent venue. Parking is free and right outside the village hall, so carrying things in and out will be simple. No items larger than a television please, so for example kitchenware, clothes, books, toys, pictures, small and safe electricals, ornaments and garden or DIY tools will be just fine.
There are several Newbiggins in Cumbria. This one is half a mile north of the A66 and about two miles west of Penrith, next door to Braithwaites Garage and car sales yard. You can get directions, a map and a hall photo from Newbiggin Village Hall and the hall itself has a large sign painted above its front doors.
Cumbria Wildlife Trust will be there selling Christmas cards and related goods.
